This didge player bopped along to all sorts of electronic beats - good in its own way. However, the most magnificent didge player in Australia is William Barton - a mountain of a man with a most wonderful sense of humour.

These photos of William were taken at the Four Winds Festival down at Bermagui last Easter. Hopefully, I will experience William's music again soon when he performs Kalkadunga Man with The Song Company.

I'm not sure about these new didgee shapes that are reminiscent of a Swiss Horn either!

Golly it is wet down here ... the entire coast I gather. Got a call from my brother in from Kemsey last night: 500mm since Friday and flooded in with food that will last maybe 2 weeks.
I've only heard a didgeridoo played live once when an Australian group joined our Philippine Jazzfest. I realized then that I love the sound that it makes!
