That is cool how you captured her right in the middle of talking/laughing. I can just imagine the picture moving by itself...like she'll turn her head back any moment and place her hands back on the table.
Nice shot Julie. Currently reading Geoff Dyer's 'The Ongoing Moment' which includes an interesting section on hands in photography. To me, the hands here indicate a kind of tension which the smile seeks to mask.

ReplyDeleteI like the way the focus is on the hands but the overall impression/story is enhanced by including the face.
