This old warehouse at No. 24 has been converted into an open plan 2 bedroom apartment with garden, which rented in the middle of 2011 for $1,300 per week.
It is on the opposite side of the street to the terraces I showed you yesterday. I forgot to mention that at least 6 of yesterday's terraces had a garage entry from the rear lane.

Its a great idea converting warehouses into residences but the rent is ridiculous. Supply and demand I guess. The wool sheds in Brisbane were converted into nice apartments but they also are exie

ReplyDeleteBlimey you could walk right by these and not think much at all, who knew behind this industrial facade there was so much money to be made. They are fabulous and if I had a company willing to pay, I would be more than happy to stay!!
