| These are our 'once-upon-a-time' days, where the courtyard bushes conceal the shoemaker's elves, where the long side-passage is filled with squelchy mud as we go on a bear hunt, where we take our red chairs and finger puppets into the bamboo 'forest' in the front garden waiting for the appearance of the giant-panda. All before little lunch, mind you .. |

A cross been Mary Poppins and a fairy. I envy you ... used to love playing faries with the neices.
ReplyDelete...*grin* ... the entire thing is a joy. And yet, there is a deliberate thing of showing a youngster that even old people should not be too precious with their persona: that they can pretend, and they can look 'silly' and yet they are still themselves.
