| Each Friday, I spend with my big brother in his aged-care facility. He suffered a stroke last October which took out his left hemisphere, has suffered from schizophrenia since 1981, and has been diagnosed with Wernicke's Psychosis. A faithful product of 'the age of aquarius', his roosters have roosted. |

It's nice to see he still enjoys expression through drawing. Best wishes to him and to you Julie.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to him, and to you and the others who care for him.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these photos with us Julie. Best wishes to him and to you.
ReplyDeleteLOoks like you are keeping him going with his art. You're a wonder.
ReplyDeleteNot really, Joan. But yes, I work him hard. I am trying to work up a post for Plumbing, but too many other things to do as well. It has been a rather traumatic couple of weeks.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad Barry is still able to enjoy his sketching, with the odd nudge from you.

Nice shots...especially the large one! There's such a history of life in those hands...
