I'm very intriged by the the water in the bottem photo. I bet if the lighting was right and if you had a tripod or stood in the correct spot you could take a picture of just the water and the reflections. I think that would be an amazing photo. To bad you can't take it from the roof of the buiding or a tree. :)
Lovely photos. I first went there when a very small kid. I saw the flame burning and for a long time after that I thought everyone was talking about the WARM memorial.
Some beautiful colors and reflections there.
ReplyDeleteYou make me recall my time inside the memorial. Very moving.
Very beautiful. I'm with Dina, the colors are spectacular!
ReplyDeleteLovely shots Julie. Nice reflections
ReplyDeleteA TWOFER today and both are gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteThe second photo looks similar to the Oklahoma City bombing Memorial. These are nice pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful silent pictures and reflections
ReplyDeleteThese evoke for me summer and family holidays so beautifully, Julie. Remarkable what you are able to do with a single image!

ReplyDeleteThere you go, my friend. Just for you. Somewhere I have a shot that I took at night, but I will have to find that later this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteA special place of reflection.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I'm talking about! The one above seems like a reflection tease. :) I knew there would be a great reflection in there.
ReplyDeleteThank's Julie!
I look forward to seeing the night shot.
Yes the colours are very striking on that top pic. Very nice.

ReplyDeleteGreat colors in the first photo!
ReplyDeleteThey're all great. The side view with the row of trees reflected, is one that you don't normally see of this pool.
ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs
What a beautiful series of photos. In the first one, the trees appear to be growing down from under the ground and right into the water. How cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd that bottom one is just a perfect reflection of the second, complete with details.
Superb.

ReplyDeleteYour reflections are all fantastic, Julie! I'm so impressed!
