I thought of you, BC, as I wandered around it. When I get a chance, I will tour over it.
Bill, it is a great place to visit but will take you ages! Not so easy to show a full shot without the city or lots of other boats overwhelming it. It is VERY small ... but totally gorgeous. A friend is a tour guide on it - volunteer.
Beautiful shots Julie. Glorious blues. There's a special promotion on Vivid in the Sydney Morning Herald today. Seems like it's getting bigger this year involving projections on buildings in Macquarie Street that we also saw at Christmas. Sydney - City and Suburbs
As always with you ... it's the detail that wins. It is quite amazing how small those ships were that went off to sea for months on end ... not my cup of tea at all.
I know you don't like post but I think the bottom shot is a prime candidate for removing the intrusion at the left and possibly the small one at the centre. Love the top one (and the bottom one too).
Nice colours!! Beautiful pictures.I love much boats. Your blog is very good!! Greetings. Elena.

ReplyDeleteSurely you can get a Skywatch out of this? It's the perfect backdrop... especially with those bijou clouds...ooh la la
