After looking for a suitable shot of post meltdown Chernobyl to go with a new poem, a stroll through your Sydney was just what I needed to restore my spirits!
I love this shot. Suggests to me all I find fascinating about the inner city. The old buildings, the new buildings, the tall buildings, the shiny glass, the reflections, the freeways, then night lights ... yes I do like the city (the inner city in particular) but can't live in it all the time.
I love the inner city, but need to get out every so often. I am not able to live in the suburbs at all. Feel sooo isolated with nothing to show for it.
i like this shot primarily for the size of the figures.
I like the shapes, colours and textures. I have a lot to learn about processing. The old clock tower peeping through the geometric shapes is striking contrast of architecture.
This is a beautiful shot. I love all the lines and different layers of buildings. I'm still searching for that "third figure..."
ReplyDeleteDead centre ... think isoceles triangle ...

ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs
This is great, has a real claustrophobic feel to it!
ReplyDeleteLooks autumnal, too.
ReplyDeleteGood pickup on 'Comes a time'
