My Cymbidium Orchids have hit their straps this year. I usually have them down the back, rather than as here in the full sun. I moved them out of the way of the revellers for my grand-daughter's 5th birthday! |
Sunday was a magnificent 24C, but this coming week should be back to 16/17. I will return them down to the more dappled back-garden when the week stretching ahead is forecast for 24C days at a time. Probably September. |
A beautiful shade of pink or is it mauve?
ReplyDeleteA rewarding floral display Julie. It's a great time of year for Orchids. They tell me that the more you ignore them the better they flower. I am sure there must be more to it than that.
ReplyDeleteGrowing IN YOUR GARDEN!?

ReplyDeleteThey are stunning. You surely have a green thumb.
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed. They are magnificent. I am pleased that our camellias got lots of flowers this year. Maybe it was just a case of waiting for them to mature.
