Lines to shapes

Some lines go up and down; some lines go round and round.

The Overseas Passenger Terminal on the western side of Sydney Cove, with the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background.

As soon as I saw the photo, I thought "ships" but wasn't sure why. Wonderful to think some of my instincts are still good despite my bad case of brain rot!
Will e-mail you soon. We're now in transit. Fun, fun, fun.

What a fantastic combination of shapes and lines. I could look at this picture for hours and see something new every few moments, I think.

The coathanger... looms. When I see fences like that I wince.

i like the round shapes best ... the balloons or lolly pops or balls. Forget the lines, they remind me of rulers.

Love this shot Julie. So much geometry; spikes, curves, circles and straight lines. The black & white treatment accentuates the interaction between the lines shapes perfectly.
