TruPeace

Taken on t'other side from yesterday and just at the end of the curve - but within a few minutes. Just after 6am. I tried all sorts of apertures and shutter speeds. Wanted clarity and colour and sky. But could not manage it all.

How did they manage to paint that word there? Lean down from the tram tracks or use a ladder and climb up? The letters are not wonky ... ahh ... not wonky because they used the shape of the bricks to form the letters! Yes ... I am so dense at times. Duh!

I really like this series about this viaduct, any image is so different from the others even if taken not far. This may some sort of urban decay but the paths and the grass are more clean of trash than most of our street and parks...

Oooh the rusty CI ... lovely. You are surely revealling the photographic potential of the city.

Please don't apologize for these...they are superb. Sometimes there is no way to get it all - the photographic materials we work with just can't handle it.

But I can't find anything wrong with these...great colors, contrast, and they are nice and sharp.

Quite a contrast to yesterday's shot.

I agree with Jacob. And there is an emotional response to those arches in the second image that is so surprising it squeezes a little at my heart. Beautiful work, Julie.

Very nice! I can't imagine them using a ladder that tall, so I bet they leaned over and painted them upside down.

Nice shot once again, Julie. Your arches series is fabulous. It certainly conveys a very specific side of Sidney. Much appreciated!
