I like the image ... it captures the essense of childhood at the beach, but as I thought about what the child is writing it made me think of something that bothers me. Peace might be Ok but I feel that too many political ideas are being peddled by schools.
I was there. .. I painted a small part of it... My memory is fuzzy... I can not recollect where I painted. Looking for old school mates. Thanks Darren Munsell

The kids who made the nice mural could be parents themselves today.
I also dream with world full of peace. Nice blog.

More than likely, Dina. Many of them would be older than my own children.
I love it when children get to participate in the art around t heir school! The background enhances this wonderful piece as well.

This a beautiful mural Julie all the more meaningful because it was created by the children from Bondi Public School.

Wow! That statement is as a red rag to a bull, Joan.
My grandson goes to Bondi Public School. Is that different from Bondi Beach P.S.?
I remember when this was done. I was one of those kids. Face book. Darren Munsell
