2014 - Looking into the past

Portico lamp, State Library, Macquarie Street

As we hurtle into yet another year, I wish you all health and contentment, and the time and energy to absorb yourself into that which engrosses you. For mine, it is the minutea of my city, and the details of my family history.

All the best for 2014.

That is an interesting perspective. Time sure rushes by as you get older. Today my doctor asked me when I was last there. I said ,"About a month ago" He checked my records and said, "Time must be flashing past for you. It has been 4 months since you were here."
