if feels as if i have an ocean's worth of catching up to do, but it's glorious to splash a while in your blog and immerse myself in your world.

Look honestly I can be a bit dull and at times see things a little different to others, but salt sweeping? in those circumstances? um, er.
Terrific wild, b&w though Julie.

It must be a combination of salt and sand, Rose. I have seen the waves come up and over. I want to know what they do with the sweepings. Perhaps there is a 'sucker' that churns it back onto the beach. Must be one of the drawbacks of the location.

does he know there is more on the way? Great capture, he looks so small compared to the water.

Could be a dangerous job if you got the timing wrong, the way the waves come up and over there. That's view of that pool that I've never seen. Really interesting.

I've never seen these seaside pools drained.

He'll have to start all over again, like sweeping leaves in the wind.
