Where is our blogger?

A is missing and in peril. Together with many of my fellow CDPB bloggers, I post over the next few days - and especially on 28th June - in support of his freedom from this peril.

May I nick this? Love the sunset shot.

Yes, feel free to nick. I am including this in my major post on Sunday as well ...

The harbour is lovely from that angle at that time of arvo in early winter.

Be my guest, its the best I could find quickly but I really like Green's words.

Julie, would you mind if I use this?

Our friend is still in prison, but he called his family two nights ago saying he is OK (I wonder what 'OK' means...). As far as I understood his friends have some hope he can join them next week, but I wish this really means something more than just their strong will...

Thank you for your vigilance Julie, so important at a time like this. (And I also love the sunset shot.)

No problem with your using the image, JM. None at all ...

I'm glad for your support! I'd like to make you aware of this video. Jump to 00:27:10 if you don't like to watch the whole video. I think this is what most western countries deny but it is all connected.

You should not mention it is a blogger who is missing! Does this not alert those who hold captives to the fact? Irresponsible post! Please think. Cheap sentiment. There are many not just one. I do not appreciate the failure to acknowledge those many. Please change to right to vote, not missing blogger or further harm the person's predicament. Blood on your hands by well meaning but idiotic meddling.

To Anonymous,

This is not cheap sentimentality. It is a heartfelt genuine act of support for a fellow human being who we share a common bond with. Obviously our support goes out to all and this is our way of highlighting the issue. We have a platform, blogging, a collective known as the CDP("City Daily Photo")and this small way is how we can convey our support together as one voice.
