... with open eyes, and a generous heart, there is awe 'round many a corner ...
Very clean and shiny for something out in the public. Nice reflections.
You've transformed it into a work of art.
I love it. I love the moment of discovery when I see a great reflection like this. I also like it when I see pictures yours.P.s. I'm glad that you returned and read Kathleen's comment about the old mill. I was going to tell you about it but you beat me to it. :)
A perfect post for Weekend Reflecions, Julie, but also an image that a Sontag flaneur might appreciate and capture.
This is a beautiful reflection picture.
Superb, Julie. Note to myself: look for the beauty in the common things all about us.
Wow, what a perfect reflection photo. Gorgeous, thanks for sharing.
Great reflection .... and the bubbler is so clean and shiny!
Wonderful, I really like this!
You must of spent some time cleaning it first. Got the chewing gum and Mintie wrappers out. Good work Julie.
I'm a fan of reflecting pools. Thanks for sharing it!
Nice and unique. Great reflections Julie.Happy weekend.
This bubbler is the perfect subject for Weekend Reflections.Sydney - City and Suburbs
Very clever entry for weekend reflections. I like the close up one the best - shows a lot of details. Very nice!
We've all done reflections in glass and water. But concave metal? Now, that's a fresh eye.
Great reflections. I can't get over how clean it is.One day will you tell me how to put two photos side by side. I have just changed over to the new editor and I can't seem to manipulate photos. Pretty please.
Now that is cool! It reminds me of your bowl of olives - this time a bowl of buildings! Very clever!
You have an incredible eye, this is wonderful! Love this set! Kathy
Hey, this is great! What a fabulous eye you have. I'm also amazed that you have found a bubbler, something I haven't seen in years!
Amazingly innovative and a fantastic piece of art Julie.
Thank you, friends. My interest was in the bubbler before I even noticed the reflection! I am working on a post about bubblers in the city - and there are so many of them and mostly in working order. This one was totally clean, no gum no wrappers, not even any leaves!
What a surprise! I gasped as the photo came up--then again as I realized where the reflection came from. This photo is wonderful. Truly, it fills my eyes--which is the greatest compliment I can give.
wow someones been cleaning that's the shiniest bubbler i've ever seen, great shot!
I love the reflection of the city in the bubbler in the first image. such a new way of looking at things.Vanessa
Who would have thought to look for a reflection in a bubbler. BTW in Qld they are called water fountains not bubblers ... thought you might like this bit of trivia.
This is brilliant, Julie!
