Well this says it all. I've always said there is nowhere in the world as beautiful as Australia and this proves it! Stunning shots. Your photographs always make me homesick for my six years in Oz.
So you are back and I am drooling, wishing like mad that I had been there to take photos like that.
Impressive landscapes!!
Wonderful reflections. You set a tough standard for the rest of us.
In your last post you were looking for a new grand baby, Any news?
These are superb images - timeless, ageless, serene.
Okay so I'm repeating what others have said, but it's always nice to hear compliments! Very beautiful shots, gorgeous colors, and clear reflections - like a painting!

Beautiful!!
Wow! These are beautiful! The colors are wonderful! :)
Absolutely gorgeous images, Julie!
Nice to get a glimpse of your adventure, and these are stunning shots. #2 is my favorite, but then the blue of #1 is irresistible, and it's hard to separate them anyway.
When will we read the book?
These are all wonderful. Beautiful choices for the monthly theme!!!
Hood Photo Blog
Stunning. Welcome back! Did you buy a polariser or is it just the upped saturation?
I have actually taken the saturation down, leaving the contrast at medium. What I have done is used the sky to reflect off the water and lowered the aperture by two (or more) stops, which is apparent at the apex of the reflection.
I will buy a polariser though for the trip up to Cape York.
Oh my, These are just breathtaking!!
All of your photos are gorgeous, Julie, but that first really stands out for the color. Magnificent landscapes!
Fabulous colours in WA aren't there? The Chanbelain Gorge -magic views and reflections. You had more water in the Cathedral Gorge than we had.
2200 pics That'll keep you busy.
Oh. wow. These are stunning!
I'm late getting to it, but welcome back! The internet isn't the same without you.
