The Jardin du Luxembourg is the garden of the French Senate, which is itself housed in the Luxembourg Palace. A favourable place for the citizens of the Left Bank (6th Arrondissement) to spend their lunch time. Enjoy it Julie.

A wonderful place for wondering, contemplating, dreaming, or resting brains and bodies in the sun.

All those people sitting in the sun. Hard fpr my Aussie mind to reconcile. A very unexpected image from France ... glad to see you have your quirky detailed eye in good form.

After days with rain on Lolland, the sun smiles today - but the temperature don't invite to sun-bathe ;-)

Julie, a relaxing moment captured by your lens! Seems to me that a few more of them should have shed les chaussures for total enjoyment.

I am "following" you now -- sorry it took so long!!

I love the rows of tanned legs! I'll take our cold-but-secluded beaches any day, however-- can't imagine being packed in like that in order to enjoy the beach.
