Left field

Dawdling back from buying a swag of tickets to the French Film Festival at the Verona on Oxford Street (8th -27th March), I espied this little treasure.

I admire how people can think laterally and come up with ingenious solutions like this. I think the flower is called 'pig face' ...

I want ... I want ... I want ...

As you can well imagine, I wish you great success with your writing endeavours. May you always get enough of what you "want" to keep you pleased but always "wanting" a tad more. If we got everything we wanted the joy of it all would be diminished, I fear.

Nice photos reflecting such a clever idea with these pots!

By the way, I have just started a new photoblog (SNAPPING LIFE) and in case you have time and feel like visiting it and having a look at, I enclose the link:

I see them on a balcony in Cremorne as I pass on my bus, yes a great idea but not with my non-green fingers.

Around 400 BC Plato said "Necessity is then Mother of Invention". I wonder what he would have thought of these flower pots?

I haven't seen clever pots like this. The place looks very neat and well kept. And the flowers are growing which is more than I can manage with pots because they need such regular watering.

ME TOO!!
BRILLIANT.
Much better than my idea of a wire frame and cable ties.
I haven't seen ones like this before.
