Ah politics .. how the tides turn. I think Yum Cha is such fun with all it's little surprise packages of food.
I've only had dim sum once, and it was unforgettable. When I saw this post, I wondered if yum cha is like dim sum, so I googled it, and YES--dim sum with tea is yum cha. Glad you shared it with family.
Yum Cha is a lot of fun. It's always a surprise to see what's under the lid of those steam baskets.
Ah, yum cha, my favourite. Your right about Saturday, it was an extraordinary day in New South Wales. We were glued to the telly all morning up here.
