Oops ... had an error in my html table layout code, which somehow caused Blogger to put this image into yesterday's post. I apologise to Rae, Kay and Winsome. I have read your comments and appreciate them.
Booked a trip to climb the bridge several years ago. Did the training and when we started the climb a lightning storm hit. Apparently this is one of the few events which can cause the climb to be cancelled. We were quite disappointed when we had to make our way back. Your photo makes me want to give it another go.
Thanks, Jim. By the time I had worked out the specific issue with the html, I had clobbered the comments. I suspect that I have another 'virus' problem (in addition) as this post is affected again this morning. Drats!

so true, so true. but what an elegant elephant and what a dignified tree.
The tree is somewhat overshadowed by the bridge, isn't it? Beautiful photo, though, Julie. I'm so glad it finally showed up. :o)

Julie, I like the words that go with this shot. Couldn't you have reposted the shot by simply changing the date and not losing the comments?
