People make the world go around

Whilst mooching around waiting to have coffee with friends who are down for the week from the North Coast, I headed over to the old Camperdown Cemetery which is huddled around St Stephen's in Newtown. I think this intersection could be called 'busy' even with no human activity whatsoever! Not sure I would have a lot of confidence riding a bike around that corner.

The graffiti (or perhaps it's a mural?) adds to the general busyness of the intersection, too, Julie. One of the things I love about you is your ability to see a photo subject in things other people would ignore or even complain about. Bravo!

It is indeed a mural, Kay. Show you more of it in the next post.

I'm still wading through the instructions. But it looks like a car turning right is going to smack into the bike going backwards.

These shots do nothing for me. Just city clutter. Exactly what I feel whenever I am in the city ... I have given up taking my camera with me in the city.

Some days our schedules make us feel just like that, "no left turn, right turn only, stop, walls closing in on us.
Thankfully, other days, I leel that wide expansive space of a beautiful fluffy-white-cloud-filled sky.

Joan, you need to see through my eyes. See that fence in the background? The one covered in graffiti? Come with me to the other side of that fence ...

People sure do make a difference to a shot. It is so hard to take a shot without signs that is a god idea to take one full of signs.
