Sundee Tele - To sit on or to read

Brilliant Julie. Fantastic how you remembered, not only the game, but the newspaper vendor's sales pitch which fits this image perfectly! Have a great day. Jo
T'would be nice to sit on the beach, doing nothing right about now!
I walked on our local beach yesterday but the water was FROZEN and a little snow was on the edges...
Happy New Year, Julie!
Love this shot! Why don't you come enter it in my Weekly Top Shot meme? We're on Week #11 and I'd love to see you share with me! Here's this weeks' link: http://www.theviewfromrighthere.com/blog/?p=5812
Haha! LOVE it!! And I guess if it was actually raining, the paperboy could have sold the papers as makeshift umbrellas - a la 'Rocky Horror Show'!!
I haven't lived in, or been to Sydney for many years - your blog brings back memories. Have a great day!!
:)

cheers, Dalloway
Dalloway, I have seen other posts on knitting (tricot) and I think it is a gorgeous form of graffiti. There is much in France, and there is some in Sydney because my Photography Meet-up group has posted some. Thanks for the link.
Folks, this is in regard to Joe's post today in Melbourne.
What a view.
Ahhhh ... To while away a few hour on the beach with the paper. Such a wonderful treat.
Beautifully composed shot Julie, love the way the city is just casually sitting there unassumingly in the background!
The Sunday paper can be a long read ... this photo makes me feel sunburnt.
Thanks for the link. Is this the 'Sydney Photography' meet up group?
This is a great candid photo. She really looks to be enjoying herself at the beach.
Wonderful candid shot, Julie! It's great to sit on the beach in summer and read the "Sundee Tele"...
Fabulous shot Julie.
We still have paper boys in Grafton, who ride the quiet streets on Sundays with their attached barrows, sadly they don't call out.
I used to love the Sun & Mirror sellers and their long gone lunchtime calls in Sydney,
"Get ya Mirror Here.. Headless Body found in Topless Bar...read all about it..Get your Mirror here."
A gorgeous view.
