Imposed upon - Smith & Kannon shop front

An example of Jess Bush Art, in Kidman Lane, Paddington, which is the lane heading up through 'Ampersand Book Store & Cafe', onto Oxford Street. 'Smith & Kannon' is an arty, cutting edge space decorating venture.

This is my contribution to the Monday Mural community.

What a strange mural! I can't figure out what it is trying to tell us...but it is interesting!

This reminds me of one of those IQ puzzles of a dissected triangle where you have to determine how many triangles there are. This Mural seems to be inviting me to determine how many faces there are. Answer 4.

mmm ... yes I think I can determine four too, Joe.

Linda: I am not sure that many murals can be deciphered for meaning. For mine, this image indicates that people are different from different angles. And if there faces appear different, then it is little wonder that their character appears different from varying angles. But this is just my interpretation ... others are probably just as likely, and certainly just as valid.

No kidding about cutting edge. Maybe the artist is having fun and challenging himself on the use of planes and perspective. Maybe it's a commentary on the different faces we show to people. But like dreams, the painting often means what we get out of it. More than anything, he made us look. Thanks for contributing to Monday Mural.

I like this, seems like an appropriate advertisement for a cutting edge space decor

I like the way the two faces are going in opposite directions.
