This old warehouse at No. 24 has been converted into an open plan 2 bedroom apartment with garden, which rented in the middle of 2011 for $1,300 per week.
It is on the opposite side of the street to the terraces I showed you yesterday. I forgot to mention that at least 6 of yesterday's terraces had a garage entry from the rear lane.

Cool place. Love that top photo!
that photos are fabulous!!
Love the facade, great find.
Quite impressive conversion.
nice looking place indeed.
Wonderful pics Julie of this industrial style architecture, love the rust and metal....
Far out!
I'd be living on the streets if Sydney was my home!
Its a great idea converting warehouses into residences but the rent is ridiculous. Supply and demand I guess. The wool sheds in Brisbane were converted into nice apartments but they also are exie
The look has much more appeal than the price!
Indeed!
Blimey you could walk right by these and not think much at all, who knew behind this industrial facade there was so much money to be made. They are fabulous and if I had a company willing to pay, I would be more than happy to stay!!
This one in particular, has a French feel to it. The area could be a bit on the noisy side though ...
Nice windows ... that is one of the big pluses of the old warehouses.
