Paris Eye 6/30 - Sur le pont

Today I wove my way through the first of two bridge excursions: the Seine was my warp; the bridges (De La Concorde, Passerelle/Solferino, Royal, Du Carrousel, Des Arts, and Neuf) my weft. My direction was roughly east, upstream I think, but I could stand corrected. Next week I will start at De La Concorde again and weave a westerly fabric.

This gentleman trod upon my stage which was Pont Passerelle (or Solferino, depending on which sign you take note of).

Oh, girl, I love this shot! The Brattcats will be leaping the mighty Atlantic on April 12th, coming to France April 22. I'll have so much catching up to do when we return to the States! You, I hope, are having a superb time.

I love the perspective of this shot, and how the little bit of red in the backseat draws you in...
