Great texture shot. We used to take kids for walks with paper and crayons and they would make rubbings, this would be a good one for them.

There are so many things I can say about this pic.... the easiest is to say that the composition is wonderful... the colour and texture are fabulous.

There's an immense Richard Serra sculpture in St. Louis that has huge, lovely rust all over it.

The tinyness of this is just as good.

I like some of the modern sculptures that start life all rusty. Although this was small, it was relatively large. It was flat on the pavement and from the mid 19th century.
